2026 BASF Customer Confidence Giveaway

OPEN TO ELIGIBLE PARTICIPANTS in each of the following five BASF Districts (107, 201, 301, 303, and 404) (“Designated Districts”) who (i) are legal residents of the United States, (ii) are eighteen (18) years of age or older or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is greater, at the time of submission (iii) receive the 2026 BASF Customer Confidence Survey (“Survey”) directly from BASF, and (iv) complete and submit the Survey to BASF no later than July 31, 2026 (each, a “submission”).
Gifts will be awarded to the first two hundred (200) eligible participants in each of the Designated Districts whose submissions are received by BASF, as determined by BASF’s timestamp records. Please note: Gifts are limited and available only while supplies last. You may complete and submit the Survey after all gifts have been fully claimed, in which case no gift will be awarded.
To qualify for the giveaway, participants must complete and submit the Survey. Required information may include name, mailing address, email address, phone number, and responses to business-related questions. Only one submission per person will be accepted, and only complete submissions that meet the eligibility requirements will be eligible. Personal information collected from participants may be used for fulfillment and marketing purposes, subject to BASF’s Privacy Policy.
Eligible participants may select one of the following gifts, subject to availability: 1) Telescopic Rechargeable Recycled Aluminum Flashlight With Magnet 2.0 (supplied by Hit Promotional Products, Inc.) (approximate retail value $17.47), 2) Best Buddy Tools® Magnum Rechargeable Worklight (supplied by Ariel Premium Supply) (approximate retail value $9.55), OR 3) Honest Abe® Touchscreen Palm Dipped Gloves (approximate retail value $9.18). BASF reserves the right to substitute a gift of equal or greater value if a listed item is unavailable. Gifts are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. All gifts are provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied.
