Bios

Bryan Perry

Bryan Perry is the U.S. Head of Seeds and Traits for BASF Agricultural Solutions. He responsible for business management of BASF’s soybean, cotton and canola branded seed businesses, as well as trait licensing across the United States. Bryan has over 26 years of experience in the agricultural industry through various sales, marketing, and business management roles and is the fifth generation to be involved with his family farming operation. Bryan is active on the 150-acre farm and supports his father whenever possible. He received a B.S. in General Agriculture with an emphasis on Agricultural Economics from the University of Missouri in 1997 and received an MBA from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill in 2018. 

Nick Schweizer

Nick Schweizer is the Director of Business Operations for the United States with BASF, overseeing financial business steering, program fulfillment and distribution strategy. Nick has more than 20 years of experience in finance, strategy and management across several industries and has worked in BASF’s agriculture business for 13 years. Prior to his current role, Nick worked in distribution strategy in the United States, product management in specialty crop fungicides, and led the 2030 global marketing insecticide strategy as a global marketing manager. Nick has as a B.S. in economics from the University of Oregon and an MBA from George Washington University. 

Kim Tutor

Kim Tutor is a Technical Marketing Manager for corn and wheat fungicides with BASF. She has 11 years of experience in the agriculture industry, with a background in R&D, soil fertility, GIS, as-applied machine data and agronomic farm evaluations. Kim holds B.S. and M.S. degrees in Agronomy with a concentration in Soil Science from N.C. State University. She is also a licensed Certified Crop Advisor (CCA), Commercial Pesticide Applicator (CPA) and Project Management Professional (PMP).  Kim grew up in Perquimans County, N.C. and now resides with her family in Raleigh, N.C.
