- The clothianidin in Poncho® 600 seed treatment provides broad-spectrum efficacy against a range of soil and plant pests, with faster-acting protection than the competition, such as products featuring thiamethoxam.
- Seed protected with Poncho® 250 seed treatment rate (0.25 mg AI/kernel) yields an average of 9.74 bu/A more than non-treated seed across 526 tests conducted by universities, seed companies and consultants.
- When applied on CRW-trait corn, Poncho® 500 seed treatment rate (0.50 mg AI/kernel) delivers 10 bu/A average more than a seed-applied fungicide base.
Seed treated with Poncho® 1250 seed treatment rate (1.25 mg AI/kernel) delivers a 3.7 bu/A average yield advantage over corn protected with leading soil-applied insecticides in more than 936 head-to-head comparisons. When compared with non-treated seed, the yield advantage rises to 13.5 bu/A.
Poncho® 250 seed treatment, Poncho® 500 seed treatment and Poncho® 1250 seed treatment are the 0.25 mg AI/kernel, 0.50 mg AI/kernel and 1.25 mg AI/kernel application rates (respectively) of Poncho® 600 seed treatment seed-applied insecticide.
